Private Beta
Terms of Use
Effective August 13, 2026 · Version 1
These Terms govern your use of the PitchPass private-beta sports group management service operated by Monte-Leo Construction Inc. By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Private, invitation-only service
Access is limited to people invited and approved by an administrator. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. Access may be suspended or removed to protect the group, the service, or other users.
2. Beta service
PitchPass is currently being tested. Features, calculations, availability and rules may change. The service may contain errors or experience interruptions, and users should not rely on it as the sole record of an important payment or commitment.
3. Ownership and permitted use
The software, source code, interface, branding, workflows, content and related materials are owned by or licensed to Monte-Leo Construction Inc. Users receive a limited right to use the service for its intended private sports-group purpose. Except where applicable law does not permit a restriction, users may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, commercially exploit, scrape, attempt to obtain source code, or reverse engineer the service.
4. Accounts and conduct
You must provide reasonably accurate account information and protect your password. Do not misuse the service, impersonate another person, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use another member's information for unrelated purposes.
5. Sports information, ratings and teams
The service may display attendance, reliability, peer ratings, team assignments, match results and similar recreational information. Ratings are opinions from participants and are provided for group organization and entertainment, not professional evaluation.
6. Wallets and payments
Wallet balances and transaction records are organizational records for the group. Payment rules, refunds, game fees, late-cancellation charges and no-show charges are subject to the group's published rules and administrator decisions.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the beta service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Monte-Leo Construction Inc. is not responsible for injuries from participating in sports, user conduct, or losses caused by relying solely on beta calculations or availability.
8. Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated as the beta develops. Material updates may require renewed acceptance. Questions may be sent to info@monte-leo.com.
These beta Terms are intended as a practical starting point and are not a substitute for legal advice for a future public commercial launch.
