Monte-Leo Construction Inc. operates the PitchPass private beta and is responsible for personal information handled through the service.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use PitchPass, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, jersey number, preferred position, account credentials, attendance and RSVP history, reliability information, wallet and group-payment records, peer ratings, team assignments, match information, notifications and administrative records.

Why we use it

We use this information to create and secure accounts, organize games and teams, manage attendance and group payments, calculate recreational statistics and ratings, communicate service and membership updates, administer invitations and approvals, resolve problems, and improve the private beta.

Who can see information

Administrators can access information needed to operate the group. Other approved players may see information intended for group use, such as names, teams, recreational statistics, ratings and match information. We do not sell personal information.

Phone login and password recovery

Players may register using a phone number without providing an email. A phone number is a login identifier; registration does not verify WhatsApp membership or ownership of the number. Organizers review requests. If an email is provided, password reset links can be emailed. Phone-only recovery requires identity confirmation by an organizer in a private conversation. Limited security records are kept to prevent repeated login and recovery attempts.

Optional phone notifications

If you enable push notifications, we store a browser push subscription and your device notification preferences. Your browser’s push provider delivers the alerts, which may show match titles on your lock screen. You can disable notifications for this device at any time. Logging out disconnects this device from your account. No email or SMS is required for push notifications.

Email communications

We may email you about invitations, approvals, account changes, wallet changes, team assignments and other service-related activity. These are operational communications for the private beta.

Retention and security

We retain information while it is reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain group records, resolve issues, meet legal obligations, or protect legitimate interests. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to review or correct your account information, or ask questions about how it is handled. Some information may need to be retained where reasonably required for group records, security, legal obligations or dispute resolution.
